I participated in an informal workshop on a beautiful Friday evening. We had come around 18:30 for Dragoș to explain to us what is the matter with this passion of his for macarons. And that's how we left at 23 😁 I'm not exaggerating, 15 people or how many were there, he managed to do a mini workshop with us, to be the exceptional host and leave us speechless.Mouth agape figuratively because I found out his history - both of him and of the products that recommend him (chocolate and macarons).And our mouths are always open to taste what he has prepared.

When you see someone doing something complicated and because you see how easily they do it, you think you can do it too, then you meet mastery.That's how it was last night, when I saw Dragoș making macarons and chocolate at Atelier Cortez. When he did it was simple and easy, when I did it was hard, complicated and slow.We went to Atelier Cortez to taste. It was actually an experience where we saw Dragos in action and then we did too.And we also had the biggest surprise - Dragoș prepared us Atelier Cortez signature macarons, i.e. macarons with a logo.Macarons with logo are the perfect corporate gift!
